My husband had to wait out in the cold for 45 minutes for our food. When he got it home, not only was it not that hot, but part of our order was missing!! Also, we got an order of the crab rangoons (8) and there were only 7 in the bag. I noticed they’ve raised their prices significantly from the last time we ordered, which I understand - food prices are increasing. I wouldn’t mind if we got what we paid for. What an absolute nightmare. We will NEVER order here again.

We order all the time and don't complain when it's not perfect but tonight is was terrible! Everything was far too over cooked and we received no egg rolls... $50 down the drain... not happy

Under cooked wings and fried rice. No hot oil as requested! I asked when leaving and was told it was in the bag. Instead they gave me hot sauce. Will not do business again

Not a good experience. Order was 20 minutes late for a scheduled later time pick up. While waiting I saw someone picking their nose by the food prep area and someone else move prepared rice over in a container for takeout with BARE HANDS. I'm done.

The food is always good, but I ordered the food in advance this time and when I went to pick up at the designated time they hadn't even started the order. What is the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait for it when you get to the store?

Best Chinese in Rochester. I wish they accepted PayPal or at least credit cards. I would also love sides of their homemade duck sauce, and an option to include chopsticks in your order.

I order from this restaurant at least once a month. Love their Sesame Shrimp, although recently seems to be a bit smaller portion of shrimp. My wife always has General Tso's Chicken. She likes it a little more spicy than normal and online I can order medium spicy, which is just the right amount of heat for her. I usually switch up between an appetizer or a bowl of Won Ton Soup, the crab rangoon are a good value for the price.
